Job Description

As a Manager - HRBP at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, your role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing strong connections with significant business leaders and managers. You will work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies & programs as directed by the central HR team. - Undertake tasks related to performance management. - Gather and analyze data using HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, and prepare and maintain a People dashboard. - Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. - Conduct employee onboarding and assist in organizing training & development initiatives. - Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any arising issues. - Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English (written and verbal) - Proven experience of 8-10 years in HRBP roles - In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software - Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - MBA is preferred for this role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Cambridge University Press & Assessment is committed to creating better outcomes through diversity of thought, background, and approach.
