Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for serving as an end-to-end HR Business Partner for warehouse/PODs employees at Swiggy Instamart in Hyderabad. Your role will involve driving processes, ensuring compliance, identifying and addressing ground-level issues, and leading key projects to enhance efficiency for warehouse employees. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with key business stakeholders to address HR issues and recommend actions on all people-related matters in the region. - Utilize process data and metrics to identify business process challenges, recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness for a better People Experience. - Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. - Evaluate existing processes, quantify and identify opportunities to standardize, and create SLAs as part of key projects. - Drive productivity in the vertical through various Performance Management and Talent Management initiatives. - Manage the end-to-end life cycle of employees, guide unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation, etc. - Implement and manage attendance and timekeeping systems to streamline processes and monitor employee metrics. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the Instamart warehouses. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, including Rewards and Recognition programs, and recommend process/policy improvements to enable an engaged and productive workforce. - Handle employee grievances effectively and foster a positive work environment. - Act as the first point of contact for ethical, integrity, or IR issues on the ground and work with the ER Team to resolve concerns amicably. - Administer On-roll employees' performance management and learning & development in collaboration with the L & D team. - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions. - Manage the regional HRBP team through coaching, development, and collaboration. - Collaborate with vendors for effective employee grievance redressals, specifically for the Blue Collar Workforce. Qualifications Required: - HRBP experience with a scale workforce in a comparable e-commerce/retail sector that manages distributed workforce. - Experience in managing contractual workforce and people management. - MBA in HR would be desirable.
