Sr. Human Resource Executive

As an HR Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues that may arise. Managing the recruitment and selection process will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your duties will include supporting current and future business needs by focusing on the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital within the organization. You will need to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to ensure a positive working environment. Additionally, you will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance within the team. It will be your responsibility to assess training needs, implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills As an HR Manager, you will also need to ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
