Sr. Human Resource Executive

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will play a key role in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues to ensure a harmonious work environment. Your duties will include managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Your role will also involve developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to nurture a positive working environment. You will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance among employees and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectively. Additionally, you will be required to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics while ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as an HR professional or in a similar role - Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and training - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and work location in person.,
