About the Role:

Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  
• Prepare job descriptions and post openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  
• Manage onboarding formalities, induction sessions, and documentation for new hires.
  

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Maintain healthy employee relations and act as a bridge between management and employees.
  
• Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and employee welfare programs.
  

Performance Management

• Assist in implementing appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and performance review cycles.
  
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely feedback and goal setting.
  

Compliance & HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  
• Maintain and update HRMS and employee records.
  

Exit Management

• Conduct exit interviews, prepare full & final settlements, and manage clearance processes.
  
• Provide analytical insights from attrition data to improve retention.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  
• MBA in HR preferred.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR operations and recruitment.
