HR Recruiter

As a Recruiter at RMX Industries, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure timely and quality hiring of talent across departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Maintaining TAT (Turnaround Time) for closure of open positions. - Updating the hiring database for quick MIS and reports. - Conducting 30-60-90-day review follow-ups with new hires. - Onboarding new joiners and ensuring a smooth induction experience. - Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and prepare job descriptions. - Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating final interview rounds. - Managing background verifications and pre/post joining formalities. - Organizing and driving employee engagement initiatives. - Planning and conducting training programs. - Preparing and maintaining recruitment and training-related reports and dashboards. - Staying updated with industry hiring trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-functional environment. - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media hiring strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple openings simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring. - Familiarity with employer branding strategies. - Understanding HR metrics and reporting.,
