The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while enhancing the brand’s online presence. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Social Media Management Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Create and schedule engaging content to enhance brand presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in customer service and social media management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in handling social media platforms and basic tools like Canva or similar. Ability to multitask. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Attributes Female candidates preferred.
