Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Continental Commis with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef or cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
