Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Waiter to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
