Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. The role requires collaboration across teams to create a positive workplace environment while supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations to handle day-to-day human resources tasks and administrative processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies to foster a harmonious workplace and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Sound understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions to support recruitment, employee development, and organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handle workplace challenges and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector, is an advantage.
