HR Executive/Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated HR professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build and enhance HR processes in a dynamic software development environment while supporting our expanding workforce. Required Skills and Experience 3-6 years of hands-on HR experience Core HR Requirements You are proficient in and/or are actively working with: End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition Employee onboarding and offboarding processes HR policy development and implementation Performance management systems Employee relations and conflict resolution You have demonstrable experience with: Payroll coordination and statutory compliance HRIS/HRMS systems (any major platform) Interview coordination and candidate management Employee engagement initiatives Training and development coordination Leave management and attendance tracking Labour law compliance (Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, etc.) would be a plus You have a basic understanding of: IT industry hiring practices and challenges Software development roles and skill requirements Employment contracts and legal documentation HR analytics and reporting Compensation and benefits administration Workplace safety and health regulations Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with HR management systems Knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) Basic understanding of employment law and compliance Data management and reporting capabilities Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and confidentiality Problem-solving and decision-making skills Empathy and emotional intelligence Ability to work independently and in a team environment Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and integration Coordinate performance review processes and documentation Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy Support payroll processing and statutory compliance Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture Organize training programs and professional development initiatives Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements Assist in employee engagement activities and team building Prepare HR reports and analytics for management Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes Growth Opportunities Clear career progression path to Senior HR roles Exposure to latest HR technologies and best practices Opportunity to build HR function from ground up Regular training and professional development Exposure to diverse technical recruitment challenges Networking opportunities within the IT industry Selection Process Initial application review HR interview (competency-based assessment) Practical exercise (recruitment scenario/case study) Final discussion with management 3 months' probation period Compensation Salary Range: INR 4.50 to 6.50 LPA (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance) Important Note Position Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Start Date: Preferred to join immediately Notice Period: Maximum 30-45 days preferred. Preferential treatment will be given to those who can join immediately with demonstrable HR experience. Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's degree with relevant HR certification preferred.
