Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to drive HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes while fostering a positive and motivating work environment through proactive engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programs, events, and activities that boost morale and strengthen company culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in performance management processes by coordinating appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and improve HR operational workflows to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal communications and foster teamwork.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in HR operations and employee engagement preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and improving employee experience.
