Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR management, oversee daily HR operations, and ensure compliance with company policies. They will manage employee relations, support recruitment processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. The position also involves delivering solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations, with the ability to streamline processes effectively
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and developing/administering HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, retention, and employee development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and management
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with HR software tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manpower services, is an advantage
