Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Srinagar. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, handle employee relations, and implement HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing HR management, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Qualifications Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) Proficiency in HR Operations, including day-to-day HR activities Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Srinagar Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the logistics or service industry is advantageous
