Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Srinagar. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, handle employee relations, and implement HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing HR management, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations, including day-to-day HR activities
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues
• Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Srinagar
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the logistics or service industry is advantageous
