Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Buyer and Merchandiser located in Vijayawada Rural. The Jr. Buyer and Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day buying operations, selecting and purchasing quality products, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring inventory levels. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in market trend analysis and inventory monitoring Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software Knowledge of the footwear industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or related field Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada Rural Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must be fluent in Telugu, English and Hindi
