Job Summary

WWC is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews).

Assist in onboarding new employees and completing joining formalities.

Maintain employee records and documentation.

HR Operations

Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.

Support payroll inputs and coordination with the accounts team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Employee Engagement

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (Fun Fridays, appreciation programs, etc.).

Support performance review and appraisal processes.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.


Admin & Coordination

Draft HR-related emails, notices, and reports.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower and HR requirements.

Assist management with HR MIS and reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.

Good communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi & Marathi preferred).

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Good coordination and multitasking abilities.


Working Details

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
