Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow clients’ *social media presence* (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, plan, and execute *content calendars* tailored to client needs and campaigns
• Write, review, and *proofread content* for accuracy, tone, and quality
• Handle *e-commerce marketing activities* across platforms like *Amazon, Flipkart, and others*
• Manage *product listings, optimization, and promotions* on e-commerce platforms
• Run and monitor *digital marketing campaigns* to increase engagement and conversions
• Coordinate with design and content teams for timely campaign execution
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular *reports on campaign performance*
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing & e-commerce handling
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces
• Ability to proofread content with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns is an added advantage
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
