Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Pune (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality creative assets

   such as social media posts, logos, banners, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

2. Conceptualize and create motion graphics, GIFs, reels, and animations

   for digital platforms, enhancing visual storytelling and audience engagement.

3. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams

   to develop campaign visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

4. Adapt designs across multiple formats

   including print, digital, e-commerce, and outdoor media to meet project requirements and platform standards.

5. Edit raw video footage

   into engaging final outputs for social media, ad campaigns, product shoots, and corporate videos, supporting broader marketing initiatives.

6. Stay updated with current design and video trends

   to bring fresh ideas, creative solutions, and industry best practices to projects.

7. Manage multiple deadlines

   and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a

   Graphic Designer and Video Editor

   (portfolio and CV required), with a stronger focus on graphic design.
2. Strong command of

   Adobe Creative Suite

   – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW for graphic design; Premiere Pro, After Effects for video editing.
3. Experience in

   social media content creation, branding, packaging, logo design

   , and ad creatives, with an understanding of visual trends.
4. Knowledge of

   e-commerce product design/editing

   (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a plus.
5. Creative mindset with

   attention to detail, visual storytelling

   , and the ability to translate ideas into designs.
6. Strong communication skills in

   English and Hindi

   , with the ability to work collaboratively.
