Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Product Design

• Design and adapt

  product packaging

  for diapers, sanitary pads, maternity pads, and wet wipes.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with statutory, regulatory, and labeling requirements.
  
• Work closely with product, regulatory, and production teams for accurate artwork execution.
  

2. Brand & Marketing Collaterals

• Create brand-consistent marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, posters, standees, and banners.
  
• Design POS materials for distributors, retailers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  
• Support product launches and brand campaigns with creative assets.
  

3. Digital & Social Media Creatives

• Design creatives for

  social media, websites, email campaigns, e-commerce listings, and digital ads

  .
• Develop visual content for awareness and educational campaigns related to women hygiene and baby care.
  
• Optimize creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  

4. E-Commerce & Marketplace Creatives

• Design product images, infographics, A+ content, and brand store visuals for e-commerce platforms.
  
• Enhance product visibility and conversion through effective visual storytelling.
  
• Ensure accurate representation of product features and benefits.
  

5. Coordination & Quality Control

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, digital, and external agencies/vendors.
  
• Maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and creative assets library.
  
• Review and proof all designs for accuracy, consistency, and print quality.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Basic knowledge of

  packaging design, printing processes, and color management

• Understanding of

  FMCG / hygiene / healthcare branding norms

• Ability to design for both

  print and digital platforms

• Strong attention to detail and creativity
  
• Good communication and time-management skills
