Job Role:

HR Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Use sales techniques to engage, influence, and convert potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports regularly.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Contribute to employer branding and business development activities if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in recruitment

  , preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven sales or business development background

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience hiring for multiple domains or high-volume roles.
