Customer Support Executive (UK Shift)

₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (in-hand), depending on experience and communication skills.

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. Candidates with a background or interest in nutrition products will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from UK-based customers professionally and efficiently.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Accurately record and maintain call logs or case details in the system.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated concerns when necessary.

Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Minimum 1 maximum 5 years of experience in a customer support or call centre role.

Added advantage if experienced in health supplements or nutrition-based products.

Comfortable working in rotational UK shifts (three shifts available).

Immediate joiners preferred.
