Architecture Interns Key Responsibilities: Assist senior architects in preparing drawings, presentations, and research work. Support in design development and detailing for ongoing projects. Participate in site visits, documentation, and coordination activities. Contribute to both interior and architectural design projects. Maintain organized project files and design references. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Architecture (ongoing or recently completed). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong design sensibility and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 2. Fresher Architects (0–1 Year Experience) Key Responsibilities: Assist in concept development and schematic design for various projects. Support preparation of working drawings and detailed layouts. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams when required. Participate in design reviews and presentations. Contribute to both interior and architectural design projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 0–1 year of professional experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Excellent design sense and attention to detail. 3. Junior Architects (2-3 years of Experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs for interior and architectural projects. Contribute to both interior and architectural design projects. Coordinate with site teams and vendors for project execution. Work on BOQs, material selection, and quality control. Ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 2–3 years of experience in commercial or residential interiors. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Excellent coordination and communication skills. 4. Architects (3-4 Years of Experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead design and execution of interior projects from concept to completion. Develop detailed drawings, material specifications, and presentations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Mentor junior team members and oversee quality control. Contribute to both interior and architectural design projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Excellent leadership and client communication skills. 5. 3D Visualisers (4+ Years Experience) Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D models and renderings for commercial interiors. Work with architects and designers to visualize design intent. Manage lighting, material mapping, and post-production work. Contribute to both interior and architectural design projects. Maintain an updated library of textures, materials, and assets. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in 3D visualization, specifically in commercial interiors. Proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and animations. Strong command of SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, and Photoshop. Good design sensibility and understanding of spatial composition. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design solutions. Familiarity with architectural design principles and construction methods. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and software updates in the field of 3D visualization.
