As our team expands, we are looking for an HR Executive who can strengthen our people operations, support employee engagement, and help build a positive, efficient, and growth-driven work environment.


About the Role:

As an HR Executive, you will be the backbone of day-to-day HR operations—from recruitment and onboarding to employee documentation, engagement, and basic HR compliance. This role requires someone who is organised, approachable, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with clarity and responsibility.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth internal processes and support our growing workforce with empathy and precision.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.


HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
  • Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and additional payouts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.


Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication.
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and act as a first point of contact.
  • Help foster a positive, supportive workplace culture.


Compliance & Administration

  • Assist with statutory compliance documentation where required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and admin support where needed.
  • Help maintain office discipline, hygiene, and general administration tasks.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of hiring platforms, basic HR documentation & office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and follow-up abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Someone who values confidentiality, clarity, and professionalism.
