Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, and overseeing HR management and office admin activities. The ideal candidate would also be collaborating with the MD as Executive Assistant. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth organizational functioning and a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations and Admin.
• Strong expertise in implementing HR Policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and resolve HR-related challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications like SHRM-CP or equivalent are a plus.
• Prior experience working in a start-up or as an EA to MD/CEO is preferred.
