They will also be responsible for employee relations, ensuring that the workplace remains harmonious and supportive.

• Experience in HR Operations and Management
• Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in the recruitment process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Knowledge on the recruitment portals like naukari,etc.
