We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Executive who can independently manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR documentation while supporting a positive work culture.
Recruitment & interview coordination
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance, leave & monthly performance tracking
HR policies implementation and compliance
Employee engagement activities & grievance handling
Maintaining confidential HR records and reports
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/applications
Time management & multitasking capability
Problem-solving and people management skills
Professional attitude with confidentiality and discipline
As per industry standards — based on experience & skill set
