Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end 

  HR generalist activities

  , including employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfer, exit).
• Handle 

  employee payroll processing

  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
• Manage 

  employee tax-related activities

  , including tax declarations, proofs verification, TDS calculations, and Form 16 support.
• Maintain and update employee data in 

  SAP HR module

   (master data, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records).
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws related to payroll and employee benefits.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using 

  MS Excel

   (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Support audits by maintaining accurate HR and payroll documentation.
• Address employee queries related to payroll and tax.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (HRM)

Preferred Experience

• 2-4 Years as HR Generalist.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong understanding of SAP HR Module.
• Hands-on experience in employee tax.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel.
