Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Incharge based in Bangalore, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Sales role, preferably within the Courier or Freight industry. A Post Graduate education is required for this position. Your proven selling qualities and good knowledge of domestic air logistics procedures will be crucial for your success in this role. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi, along with proficiency in the local language, is essential. Your pleasing personality and strong customer handling capabilities will be important assets. Being computer literate and well-versed with the assigned region will also be advantageous. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customers" requirements and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be expected to build strong and strategic relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Meeting and exceeding monthly budgeted targets, as well as developing sales from existing bases towards monthly goals, will be key aspects of your role. Interacting positively with customers to address and resolve any complaints is essential. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets for the region and ensuring gross margins and profitability are maintained at satisfactory levels.,
