In your role as a Sales Supervisor at CJ CheilJedang, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the region. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include executing sales strategies, overseeing distributor partnerships, and achieving defined sales targets. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring alignment between sales initiatives and broader commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales strategies to meet defined targets and support overall business objectives. - Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader commercial goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to broaden market coverage. - Provide ongoing support, training, and performance guidance to distributor partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. - Oversee daily sales operations and ensure efficient processes. - Coordinate with HQ, APAC teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to support promotional activities and product launches. - Provide market feedback and customer insights to the Business Development Manager to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 5-10 years of experience in a leading food or FMCG company - Experience in local sales, import/export sales, or managing OEM factories - Strong understanding of India's food market - Strong communication skills and fluency in English. - Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Preferred: - Experience in ambient food categories (noodles, sauces, etc.) - Proficiency in Korean is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or later (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
