Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Vapi. The candidate will handle key responsibilities such as managing HR operations, addressing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall human resource management. The role will involve collaborating with various teams, ensuring effective HR processes, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and a strong understanding of fundamental Human Resources (HR) principles
• Proven expertise in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Ability to handle documentation and compliance processes specific to HR functions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
