We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Managing statutory compliances such as EPF, ESIC, and other labor laws • Handling employee payroll preparation and processing • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation • Coordinating with accounts and management for HR-related matters • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee queries Requirements: • In depth knowledge of HR processes and labor laws • Experience in payroll and compliance handling • Good communication and organizational skills • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
