Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for Recruitment, HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the company. HR Management and HR Operations skills Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge Experience in Human Resources (HR) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of labour laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
