📌Job Description:
As an HR Manager, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance while collaborating closely with other departments to align our human resource strategy with the company’s growth and business goals.
📌Key Responsibilities:
🔹Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
▪Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, with a strong focus on e-commerce and tech-related roles.
▪Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
▪Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company culture.
🔹Employee Relations:
▪Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
▪Implement programs that improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
▪Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
🔹Performance Management:
▪Oversee the performance review process, ensuring it’s consistent, fair, and aligned with company goals.
▪Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to enhance individual and team performance.
▪Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
🔹Compensation & Benefits:
▪Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to design competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards.
▪Monitor and ensure compliance with benefits administration, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
▪Manage payroll process in collaboration with external vendors or internal payroll team.
🔹Compliance & Policies:
▪Ensure HR practices comply with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
▪Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
▪Conduct regular audits to ensure legal compliance and reduce risk.
🔹HR Analytics & Reporting:
▪Provide reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, performance, and employee engagement.
▪Use HR data and analytics to recommend improvements and drive strategic HR decisions.
🔹Culture & Diversity:
▪Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected.
▪Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction, especially in a remote or hybrid work environment.
🔹Strategic Planning & Leadership:
▪Contribute to long-term organizational strategy by providing insights on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
▪Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals and objectives.
📌 Experience & Qualifications:
🔹Experience:
▪5 years to 7 years of experience in HR Management, with at least 2 years in an e- commerce or FMCG industry.
▪Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
▪Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and related technologies is highly desirable.
🔹 Qualification: Post-
Graduation with specialization in Human Resource. (Familiar with advanced Excel or other certification courses in HR).
