About Denzour Nutrition

Denzour Nutrition is a fast-growing Sports Nutrition & Health Supplement brand focused on delivering premium-quality formulations to fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-driven individuals. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a competent HR Manager to lead the human resource function and build a strong organizational culture.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager who can oversee the end-to-end HR function including talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, and policy execution. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in a growing organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for sales, marketing, factory, warehouse & corporate roles
  • Create hiring strategy, JD writing, sourcing, screening & onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave management system
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, F&F, increment, warning etc.)
  • Knowledge of compliance, PF/ESI coordination & policies (preferable)

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Handle onboarding, training coordination & exit formalities
  • Conduct employee engagement activities
  • Develop and implement HR policies & SOPs

Performance & Culture

  • Drive performance management process
  • Ensure a positive, professional and growth-focused work culture
  • Address employee grievances & maintain discipline

Manufacturing HR Exposure (Preferred)

  • Experience managing HR functions for factory/manufacturing workforce

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / nutrition / pharma industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll & HR operations
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Strong leadership & people-management ability
  • Familiar with compliance, statutory HR processes & labour laws (added advantage)
  • Ability to manage high-speed & growth-driven environment
