Role Overview
The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function for Trek India. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
The role oversees all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

Key competencies:
Leverage their business management skills to oversee a company's workforce. Develop organizational strategies to benefit employees and the company.
Develop and monitor budgets for their department. Budget for other HR functions, such as development programs and employee benefits.
Attract, hire and retain top talent for Trek India. Ability to determine how to provide current employees with training or tools to improve productivity.
Give presentations and address employees as a group. Ability to communicate information and instructions to staff members in a manner that's clear and easy to understand.
Strong leadership skills to direct managers and other staff in the HR department. Ability to oversee operations related to hiring, training, professional development, employee experience and the overall workplace culture. Talent Acquisition, Admin, any other HR roles will report into this role.
Manage HR activities and tasks effectively. Ability to have specific processes to ensure they keep confidential information secure and manage all employee data correctly.
People skills, interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Senior Leadership and other managers and develop strong working relationships.
