The Head of Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business plan and long-term vision. The HR Head oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance. This role ensures a high-performance workplace culture aligned with company values. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent management. Drive culture-building initiatives and ensure alignment with company mission and values. B. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Forecast manpower needs and develop effective sourcing plans. Establish strong employer branding initiatives. C. Performance Management Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems. Build KPI frameworks; facilitate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Provide coaching to managers on performance improvement. D. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and create training, leadership development, and succession planning programs. Promote continuous learning and internal career growth. E. Compensation & Benefits Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct annual salary benchmarking and manage compensation reviews. Ensure fairness and transparency in reward systems. F. Employee Engagement & Culture Build high-engagement programs to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention. Conduct employee feedback surveys and drive action plans. Manage internal communication and employee relation initiatives. G. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll, HRIS, employee records, onboarding/offboarding. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Mitigate HR-related risks by ensuring robust governance practices. H. Employee Relations Resolve employee grievances in a timely and fair manner. Maintain a healthy work environment and manage disciplinary processes. Act as a bridge between management and employees. 3. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in strategic HR, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and modern HR tools. 4.
