Job Description

The HR Head will own the complete HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Culture Building, HR Compliance, Appraisal Planning, People Operations & Leadership Development. This role is both strategic and execution-driven. You will be responsible for designing HR policies that enable scalable growth, ensuring a positive environment, and maintaining alignment between organisational goals and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage recruitment pipelines for Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership roles.
  • Conduct structured interview processes and competency-based assessments.
  • Drive campus hiring, internship programs & industry partnerships to maintain talent pool.
  • Strengthen employer brand visibility across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Colleges, etc. ).
  • Design KRAs, KPIs, Scorecards & OKR frameworks for all departments.
  • Implement monthly performance review cycles & quarterly appraisal processes.
  • Ensure accountability culture with clear roles, results tracking & performance feedback.
  • Ensure disciplinary policies, workplace professionalism & employee relations handling.
  • Conduct onboarding programs, monthly town halls, engagement activities and culture rituals.
  • Conflict resolution, counselling support and employee retention planning.
  • Manage attendance systems, salary processing, leave policies, and PF/ESI/Gratuity documentation.
  • Maintain HRMS records, compliance documentation and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure smooth exit procedures, FnF settlements and relieving processes.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Business Heads to align workforce with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessment & coordinate skill development sessions.
  • Be a strategic voice in organisational planning and expansion readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time HR experience (at least 2 years in an HR leadership / Manager role).
  • Strong understanding of Performance Management, HR Policies, and Talent Acquisition Systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or service-based organisation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership & team-building skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality and drive outcomes.
