The Opportunity

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead the company’s complete hiring function from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to onboarding and analytics. You’ll lead a team of three recruiters and work closely with senior management to anticipate organizational needs, align hiring priorities, and ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Administration, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop

    a team of 3 recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Own the company’s talent acquisition strategy

    , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads

    to forecast hiring needs and define long-term talent priorities.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing frameworks

    across multiple channels — including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional communities.
  • Drive excellence in hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience

    through process optimization and structured assessments.
  • Establish recruitment analytics and KPIs

    , monitoring key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention.
  • Oversee compliance, background verification, and due diligence

    to maintain hiring integrity.
  • Develop succession and talent pipelines

    for critical and senior-level roles across business units.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum

    15 years of total experience

    in full-cycle recruitment, with

    10+ years in leadership or people management roles

    .
  • Proven success in leading recruitment teams and delivering on high-impact hiring goals.
  • Strong expertise in

    non-IT and business function hiring

    across multiple domains.
  • Demonstrated experience with

    structured, data-driven hiring practices

    and modern ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility and a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep commitment to quality, compliance, and candidate experience.
