Role Overview

Associate Director Recruitment


Key Responsibilities


Client Portfolio Management

  • Own and manage relationships with large enterprise clients, including Big 4 accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with hiring goals.
  • Drive strategic recruitment initiatives tailored to client needs.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

    10–15 recruiters and 2 recruitment managers

    .
  • Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.


Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for FTE and RPO hiring.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and process excellence.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


Metrics & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
  • Present regular performance reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize recruitment outcomes.


Strategic Initiatives

  • Partner with leadership to design and execute workforce planning strategies.
  • Introduce innovative sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure scalability and efficiency in recruitment operations.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in

    FTE and RPO hiring

    across large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong background in managing

    Big 4 or equivalent global clients

  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Metric-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in managing mid-to-large recruitment teams (10–15 recruiters + managers).
