Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity

seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist (10+ years in recruitment)

You’ll take ownership from sourcing and screening to selection and joining formalities; ensuring that every role is filled with the right person, at the right time. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys recruiting as a craft: understanding business needs, finding the right talent, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    — from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
  • Deliver

    quality hires within defined timelines

    , maintaining strong alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic sourcing plans

    using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Conduct thorough

    candidate evaluations

    through competency-based assessments and structured interviews, ensuring both skill and cultural fit.
  • Manage

    background checks and reference verifications

    to ensure authenticity, compliance, and integrity.
  • Build and maintain a

    strong talent pipeline

    for critical and recurring roles.
  • Track and analyse key recruitment metrics — including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratios — and report insights to management.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to enhance workforce planning and long-term talent mapping.
  • Continuously

    improve recruitment processes

    to achieve faster, smarter, and higher-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure a

    world-class candidate experience

    at every stage.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience

    in full-cycle recruitment, ideally across multiple functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to

    deliver results under deadlines

    and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Experience in structured hiring environments with exposure to best practices and metrics-driven recruiting.
  • Deep understanding of

    background verification

    and compliance protocols.
  • High energy, strong ownership mindset, and a passion for quality hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and execute with discipline.
