As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alfa Medical Group, you will play a crucial role in managing full-cycle recruitment for both white- and blue-collar positions. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with strong headhunting capabilities, will contribute to the success of our recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles. - Conduct professional headhunting to fill critical, urgent, and niche vacancies. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple business units. - Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently. - Enhance candidate experience and ensure smooth, timely recruitment processes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (white- and blue-collar). - Excellent headhunting and sourcing skills. - Fluent in English (spoken & written). - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will be entitled to benefits including medical insurance, social insurance, and a bonus scheme. This full-time position is located in Sheikh Zayed, with days off on Friday and Saturday.
