Position Title: Branch Head Department: Branch Operations (Sales + Support Functions) Reports To: CEO Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Our client is seeking a capable and mature Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of our Branch office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch’s revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts and Inventory. Key Responsibilities: ❖ Business Leadership & P&L Ownership ❖ Sales Team Management ❖ Marketing & Enquiry Generation ❖ Property Inventory & Operations ❖ HR & Administration Oversight ❖ Financial Coordination Ideal Candidate Profile ❖ Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city level leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance, marketing, or inventory. ❖ Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is preferable but not compulsory ❖ Other industries can be looked at includes ❖ Co-working / Managed Office Operators ❖ Corporate Facility Management Services ❖ Business Centers / Commercial Interior Solutions ❖ City Operations Heads from high-involvement services Success Metrics: ❖ Revenue targets ❖ Operational efficiency ❖ Team engagement ❖ Market visibility and branch reputation Skills & Traits: ❖ Strong team leadership with hands-on, on-ground management style. ❖ Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews. ❖ Analytical problem solver with a bias for daily execution and process discipline. ❖ Effective communicator, negotiator, and closer.
