Role Summary

We are seeking a capable and mature Branch Manager to lead the overall operations

of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch’s revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Leadership & P&L Ownership

2. Sales Team Management

3. Marketing & Enquiry Generation

4. Property Inventory & Operations

5. HR & Administration Oversight

6. Financial Coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile

● Experience: 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city level

leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance,

marketing, or inventory.

● Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is Preferable

● Other industries can be looked at includes,

Education: Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields

(preferred).
