Branch Head

Offenso Hackers Academy, Kerala’s No.1 Cybersecurity Training Institution, is hiring a Young Same field Experienced ,responsible and well-organized Branch Manager (Operations) for our Trivandrum branch.

This role is fully responsible for branch operational processes, academic coordination, and overall staff management. The Branch Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch while maintaining discipline, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

• Manage and oversee daily branch operational activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, labs, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate maintenance, inventory, and operational requirements.
• Ensure operational readiness of the branch at all times.

Overall Staff Management

• Manage all branch staff, including trainers, coordinators, administrators, and support teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and leave management.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and accountability across teams.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and operational reviews.
• Handle internal escalations and performance-related issues.

Academic Coordination

• Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely and structured course delivery.
• Monitor batch schedules, class execution, and academic discipline.
• Ensure curriculum guidelines and institutional standards are followed.

Student Operations

• Oversee student onboarding, batch allocation, and operational documentation.
• Act as the escalation point for student operational concerns.
• Ensure a structured, safe, and professional learning environment.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech, education, or training institutions (preferred).
• Experience in branch operations or staff coordination roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle operational responsibilities independently.
