Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Trivandrum branch while ensuring smooth coordination between teams and maintaining high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, streamlining processes, monitoring performance, and achieving operational and financial goals. The Branch Manager will work closely with various teams to enhance training quality, foster partnerships, and support student success. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in business administration, operational management, or related fields
• A background in cybersecurity training or education is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set goals, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency
• Proficiency in strategic planning and financial management
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred
