Role Description

This full-time remote role requires an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support our growing team. Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, optimizing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and building strong candidate pipelines. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to ensure onboarding aligns with organizational goals and contributes to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Experience with Employer Branding and promoting a company’s culture effectively
• Ability to strategize and implement talent acquisition processes aligned with organizational objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
