Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and display networks. They will analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities, manage budgets effectively, perform keyword research, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, the role involves driving lead generation and developing strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, PPC campaign management, and social media advertising
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools for reporting and performance evaluation
Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research practices
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
