Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions. The role also involves building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview techniques
Experience in maintaining relationships with candidates and optimizing candidate experience
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of human resources best practices and employment laws is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in recruitment within an HR team is an added advantage
