Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
•Understand hiring requirements from department heads•Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking•Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
•Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
•Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records•Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
